加州全民健保申請至明年1月31日截止，若是需要申請1月1日生效的保險，需於12月15日前提交申請。2020年並無持有健保者，在申報2020年稅務時則有可能需繳交罰金。

While Covered California’s Open Enrollment period runs through Jan. 31, 2020, consumers must enroll by the end of Dec. 15 to have their coverage begin on Jan. 1. Californians who choose to go without coverage could face a penalty when they file their 2020 taxes.
